From the Skies to Shaping Careers.
With over 25 years of rich experience in the aviation industry, Minakshi Hotkar brings deep industry knowledge and practical insights into training. She has served as a Senior Cabin Crew with Jet Airways and later held leadership roles including Inflight Executive, Senior Inflight Executive, Trainer, and Training Manager.
Her passion for mentoring and developing individuals led to the creation of R&M Organisation. She has successfully trained numerous students in aviation, hospitality, and personality development, helping them build confidence and achieve their career goals. Her training approach focuses on real-world exposure, grooming, communication excellence, and interview success strategies.
